Boss Ml-2 Metal Core Diagrama

New experiences everywhere

So, after the shocking images from the last time now a very quiet, shock-free post. This is - as usually - often at work. First, there are Internet and secondly, the work is always happy to delays - so I wait and Raphael, for example, has three working days to a DVD so we can finally install Linux on the computers here. In Windows, these are now at least fully functional, but also took some waiting: The drivers CD of the cans was lost unfortunately, so that we had to get all the stuff from the Internet - an average of 1.2 kB / s downstream rate a time-consuming history.
Furthermore, there are a lot of new experiences:
  • first experience with Pâte Noire, a local of the Population revered wake porridge made of dried cassava in both Raphael and me really do not wish to repeat - although we would otherwise not right for this are known to be choosy.
  • first experience falling in my hand with garlic fried crevettes from the more positive - delicious!
  • first experience with Voodoo cause problems falling asleep because of drums and vocals and one with chicken blood and feathers smeared road with them.
  • First experiences with used car dealers show you the limits of his knowledge - despite three minutes of intensive in-the-wheel-watching, whether I had visited the state of the cars still do not really smart. I not bought it anyway without having to see Staring of what someone would have understood it.
  • first experience with hats are positive: Looks good, wears well and you get no more red in the face - for a euro fifty a round thing.

Camel Toe Womens Volleyball

changes ...

... there are of course always in such a year. From a mental and emotional change never mind, have Raph and I are now taking care of physical alteration. Or Raph has taken my physical change. See for yourself:

be seen how easily it This is a famous-notorious "before-image": for example me most of you probably still have in mind is also still an hour ago that I looked like that.

The "middle-drinking-images" are always a bit embarrassing for all concerned, the reader take but so much more fun and therefore should not be missing here. In addition, shocked parents are now reassured possibly because it looks like we talk only cut his hair and not a tattoo or piercing.

All the better that it's a nice "after" picture "is that because of the radicalism of the new short hair style (whether the still be called hair?) gives rise to much discussion in the comment section. The ring is open!

the moment I must be careful with the hair still a little not to scorch my head (hence the hooded sweatshirt), but this will regulate the time (and a cap) again.

Early Chickenpox Image

the cabinet. A fine piece of furniture, unfortunately next to the bed the only one in my room ... But you stick anyway have only to sleep up there.

Here to see the seating area of the living room, currently deprived of three chairs and a little cluttered, but makes nothing, on the balcony eh, you sit nice.

The dining table with matching fridge a truly wonderful ensemble. Lovely, too, that we are exactly two Stiller has given. Invite guests thus ends mostly on the ...

... balcony, where the remaining three are from the living room armchair. Prominent in the center: a candle holder from an empty juice bottle. Are somehow nicer light than the halogen lamp. And even during power outages.

The bathroom, in a subtle blue kept and decorated with beautiful tiles ornaments. Here begins the day, here it ends. The Orange Bowl is in the absence of a sink for that very purpose and does its job quite well. The sink had constipation problems for a short time but we have to get a grip. If the leaking toilet, the water continued to trickle from the direction of shower drain posted. This is also the location of interesting encounters between humans and insects. Unfortunately, the cockroaches of the family has discussed this meeting is not survived.

Next it goes to the kitchen: two tables, a gas stove, a pan, a pot, you need even more? Well, as mentioned above, a sink would be nice, but whatever ... is indeed that way. Yesterday there was a small way, which recall Germany fried potatoes. Sorry for no eggs, the market was already as we had the idea.

This is - no one would have suspected - the corridor, currently with the door open for the second balcony, which is currently dry but only for clothes and serves as cockroaches cemetery and thus deserves no picture has. The first door on the right is my room, lives across the Raphael. The second door on the left leads to the bathroom and the two back to the remaining two bedrooms, one of which, however, now has only one thing on a bed, the other has been VALERES visit to the ground floor been migrated.

This is the view from the balcony to the street - does not look like it paved. This results in combination with the climate, which allows one to wear closed shoes rarely, permanently dirty feet. Can we do nothing, is way it is. The farm in the way you look is just a lizard paradise. Every time you get home from work and the door to escape, about ten large lizards opens into the bushes. If you then sit on the balcony they come out again and are in fact spread to every wall.

Here the view from the balcony to the other side of the road. As can be seen plastic bags around everywhere, as you get with every purchase at least five of them and the people then simply throw them into the street. We use our more than garbage bags, and disposal of the kindly "old one" cares, our night watchman.
...

Yes, we have a night watchman! Do you have to get used only even think that at least sixty years old man deserves his money on the ground floor to sleep at night and watch over us. If we had to pay him, we would probably not him, but that's our project. Well, he's a nice guy and sometimes we drink a beer with him, then he's happy.

So, I think that's enough small at first, I am of course as always your comments.
Stay tuned!

Sweeten Bakers Chocolate

pictures! Porto Novo

Here's the view from the balcony of the guesthouse in Cotonou on the road. What is noticeable right NO Zem ... this is rare!

Voilà, Jonas at work - guitar practice. You see E7 # 9

view from the door to my room. The only drawback: The bed is so short that it must lie in it diagonally.

The times for the beginning. Unfortunately the internet is so slow that it is every bit time consuming to upload images. Tomorrow I go on ...

Tamil Inivitaion Poet

arrived in Porto Novo (the trip takes about an hour even if it's only 30 km) we were then distributed to our projects. With me in the project is called Frankfurt Raphael, with whom I will live the next year together. Is a nice so that's no problem ...
The first act "in office" was then that we the Mayor of Porto Novo were presented, which initiated the project in which we work to life. After a minute we were outside again but at least he saw us once ...
then only once in the home and unpack. The way, is really amazing! The house is a palace, the apartment huge. We have four bedrooms (The devil knows what, we're only two, but at least you can even invite other volunteers: D), a large living room, a balcony, a Abdezimmer and a "kitchen". Containing a room with two tables and a two-plate stove camping. But running. In the bathroom, although there are only cold water (even in the shower) but since you have become accustomed quickly turn, you will not always warm shower at the temperatures and at least one is then quickly finished ;-) This übrigesn a warm invitation to all who want to visit me, you see, we have included enough space around you: D
After that we went into town for the first time to have various things to fear: Spülschüssel, knife for cooking, soap, toilet paper, you need way it is. Now we are ready for now.
Tuesday and Wednesday we were the first time in the project and have the first sobering experience: yawning boredom, there is nothing to do. This is due to the fact that just being on vacation, which means there are no students on the other hand already but also because the people that work here just generally not as pronounced a lot ... My task for the day was then guitar practice to prepare for the school year. Although not really uncool, but after six hours of ache but somehow the finger ... And you have to pull themselves together on ...
Thursday and Friday then gabs a bit more action, the school had in fact educational days. On this occasion we've received from their visitors, that has a Togolese the part as a consultant on the days and a French audio engineers (who looked like Bob Marley!) With his wife and child who used to work for our project and still lives in Benin. That was cool insofar as that the house was something more going on. Sure it's nice to have a great apartment in a big house, but it has some disadvantages: When no one except the night watchman is there, able also quickly become too large. Well, now they are gone, we will probably have to re-arrange it ...
As such, we have already settled down pretty well: We know the market in the district know how far you down must act in order not to much to pay to know the city a bit and have even learned to drive hands free Zem: D
A brief word about this: The Zem (Zemidjan ) is the most common here transportation: A motorcycle taxi. They say where it goes, the price is down by half (at the beginning, they always try to cut the stupid white men over the ear ...), sits down the back and go through the traffic turmoil. This one is getting a little looked strange: one is because you know the second time because of the helmet, with no one on here. But since we are anyway different, we can also what to do for our safety ;-)
rules for road transport, there are a few: The loudest horn goes first, as an alternative to the car with the thickest grille ... or dependent on that of the three test tailgating. Your right is theoretically yes, but somehow no one here knows. Or it is a blind, I do not know. Roads have been so many tracks such as space, it is clear, and really there is nothing so to speak something against 250kg cement would be transported on a moped. Or, two refrigerators (seriously!). Accidents I have not seen yet, but this is not because there is none, I've only seen a halt. Also as here in cars can ski through the area inspires a not exactly trust. A stranded truck is a common sight. Is no surprise with the cart, I will on occasion even take pictures. There
gasoline here by the way usually not at the gas station, but at stands along the road, Here a large carboys and several minor (whether beer, cola or whatever earlier in it was), that the fuel is then introduced. The fuel is imported illegally from Nigeria and costs 250-300 francs a liter. They are about 40 to 50 cents.

is at all the life here is very cheap, unless you're buying at the supermarket. cost on the market 300 francs ten onions, tomatoes, a basket 100, a pineapple 100-150, depending on size. Lunch you can very well in several small street restaurants, a plate of rice or sponsor Rouge (maize porridge and tomato soup) is located at 200 F with sauce, a drink costs 300, so you end up with a total of less than one euro. But one can hardly cook yourself ... Today I've
me with the other volunteers made tuned Porto Novo to explore. After we have delivered on Raphael taxi to Cotonou (short prayer that he comes included), we went to the Zem in the inner city and have simply been looking times. Is a nice city, though of course very different than in Germany. Photos have
I even made a few already, but unfortunately today I forgot my digicam when I went into the project (there have only Internet), so I see the pictures at some point late filing.
So, this should be enough for today also, when you have to eat back home what. Until the day

Jonas

Online Wild Thornberry Wildlife Rescue

Yes, I'm still alive ;-)

Hello people, the new items here from time to time.
Here comes my first message from the remote Benin. Is this somehow the first time I have more than five minutes at a time access to internet connection. Wait, no, not right ... In Cotonou, I was actually half an hour in the Internet Cafe, aer the connection was so bad that I did not manage in my time to check our mails: D
Well yes, but always after the other ...
Twelve days ago we arrived in Cotonou, at about eight time (we are an hour earlier than her). The first impression: "Wow that's sultry here!" Temperature about 25 ° C, humidity 85-90%. The skin clean. Then amFlughafen first time chaos ... fill in between hundreds of other people only times the entry certificate, then collect his luggage from the belt (because you need to elbow) and then somehow tell the tax collectors that this is my guitar and I'm not willing to pay for customs. Well, all went well, we have even picked up and the first time in the guesthouse of the DED in Cotonou down, where we first have spent a week.
We are in this case, I and seven other weltwärts volunteers also spend a year in Benin. All very nice people by the way, what's come in handy as I will now see probably more often ;-)
had in Cotonou, we our preparation seminar in the country, where we've become familiar with various characteristics of the country, we've met our tutors and then on Friday also been the first contact with our partner organizations.
The weekend we had free, we have directly used extensively. On Saturday we were on the Dantokpa market, which is the largest market in West Africa (my roommate he estimates about the size of the Frankfurt Inner city and I think he is not totally wrong ;-)) Luckily we had a local guide who has been known to ... Whoever goes in there alone, probably comes out next year, not more. Consequently, it is
in that market into everything from streets which only have a huge cosmetics market hall filled with materials to shoes or used clothes, but then again grilled fish, vegetables or whatever else. A huge street which is none other than a moped spare parts sold, then the "hi-department ... Well, just everything.
evening we were at the beach on a "Festival de reggae", which means here is that you chills on the beach, someone in a small beach bar Reggae establishes and about 40 people zukiffen: D I have it to stay clean then brought forward yet, but still funny wars. At night, we then slept for a development worker who lived nearby, because it is not advisable to drive at night or by the city home. The next morning we had breakfast then even with another aid worker and drove back to the guesthouse. Since then chill nor the rest of the day and evening, then pack, so you can leave the next day "on time" at 7:30 to Porto Novo ...

Batter In A Retaining Wall

packing ...

... is an art in itself. Let's see how good I mastered this art, and whether I can this whole stack (without the guitar added) and a lot more to squeeze into my backpack. Stupid: I'm not allowed to give 46 kg below the plane, but unfortunately just split to two pieces of luggage. Since the guitar is a piece of luggage, but weighs only nine pounds, I give away 14 pounds. Let's see if it fits, otherwise what should remain dependent here ...
